With 20 years’ experience in banking and finance plus 20 years in the charity sector, I’m passionate about bringing individuals, families, and organisations closer together.

Jo-Ann Eastwood Community Enhancer

With nearly 30 years’ experience in primary education, I continue to be focused on seeing families thrive by providing support and encouragement in their individual situations.

Everyone has the power to change their lives for the better, but some may need help to do so.

Practical & Admin Support

Whether it be sourcing household items, small DIY tasks or dropping stuff off at the charity shop or recycling centre, our van is ready for action. Do you need any IT or admin support? We are here to help with that too.

Budgeting & financial management advice

Do you need help with your monthly household budgeting? By undertaking an income and expenditure exercise, we can help you identify where you might be able to make financial savings.

Help with CVs, job applications & benefit forms

Are you looking for work, between jobs or just confused by any entitlement you might have under the current benefits system? We can help update your CV, guide you through job applications and assist with benefit claims.

Bereavement support

Bereavement can affect people in many ways whether it be coping with the loss of a loved one or the paperwork that needs to be done afterwards. We are also there for those who have lost loved ones in tragic circumstances.

Advocacy services

We all know how hard it can be when we don’t feel listened to, when what’s important to us isn’t taken seriously by others. We’ll take time to understand your situation, explore the options and help you decide what you want to do and how you want to do it.
